The Guelph Public Library needed a bold new brand that supported its revitalized strategy: position the Library as a broader community hub and resource centre that is accessible to everyone.
A fulsome development process included regular board meetings, and community and stakeholder engagement through interviews, focus groups and surveys. The new brand moves away from the Library as a place for books to more of an inclusive community space for people, ideas to come together.
Launched to widespread community endorsement, the new brand is supported by comprehensive brand guidelines, and a range of deliverables including web, stationery, banners and membership card.
Letter M Marketing and Doug came with high recommendations and they did not disappoint us. The creative team listened to our requests, outlined a plan, met our needs, and achieved the goal. From beginning to end it was a smooth, informative, and pleasantly professional process. I would work with them again without hesitation.
